Instructions and precautions
1.WL-4001 resin has accelerant, the curing agent can be MEKP, should ensure that the curing agent in the effective period. MEKP/Co curing systems are usually used at temperatures not lower than 15 ° C. When the temperature is low, accelerants can be added appropriately to adjust the reactivity.
2. When using, we must pay attention to control the water content of glass fiber, filler, pigment paste and other materials, and pay attention to the compatibility of pigment paste and unsaturated polyester resin.
Storage conditions
1. Before use, the resin should be stored in the original package (to avoid the damage of opening the drum and the drum) in a dry room below 25℃.
2. The increase of temperature and light exposure will significantly reduce the storage period, and the storage should be kept away from direct sunlight and heat source.
3. The unsaturated polyester resin liquid containing styrene is flammable, and should be stored away from an open flame.Please refer to the safety data sheet.
