Instructions and precautions for use
1. It is strictly forbidden to mix water, oil, dust, dust and other foreign matter into WL-3120U.Resin and moisture are incompatible, and the resin cannot be used after mixing.
2. Be sure to wear protective equipment (masks, gloves, etc.) during operation.
3. This product is a UV-curable product and is sensitive to UV light, so exposure to light is prohibited.
Recommendations
1. WL-3120U resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening rate is directly related to the grade and dosage of magnesium oxide paste. It is recommended to test in small batches before use.
2. WL-3120U resin can be cured using mercury lamps and UV-LED lamps. If you need to use other light sources for curing, it is recommended to test in small batches in advance.
Storage conditions
1. Before use, the resin should be stored in the original packaging (to avoid opening and damaging the barrel) in a dry room below 25°C.
2. Rising temperature and light exposure will significantly shorten the storage period. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources during storage.
3. Unsaturated polyester resin liquid containing styrene is flammable and should be stored away from open flames.Please refer to the safety data sheet.
