Product Description
WL-2030C is an orthophthalic continuous board-making resin with medium reactivity and good wettability. The resin has been added with anti-ultraviolet absorbers. The refractive index of its casting is close to that of alkali-free glass fiber. The skylight panels made from it have good light transmittance, good toughness, good weather resistance and high strength.
Application
WL-2030C resin is suitable for hand lay-up, continuous plate making and other production processes, and is mainly used in the production of continuous lighting tiles.

Instructions and attentions
1. WL-2030C resin contains accelerators. When using, appropriate amounts of accelerators and curing agents must be added according to the operating environment and operating requirements.
2. When using, be sure to control the water content of materials such as glass fiber, filler, pigment paste, etc., and pay attention to the compatibility of pigment paste with unsaturated polyester resin.
3. The setting of the board speed should be determined in combination with the actual state of equipment conditions and process conditions. When selecting glass fiber, consider matching the refractive index of the resin to ensure the light transmittance of the board.
Storage conditions
1. Before use, the resin should be stored in the original packaging (to avoid opening and damaging the barrel) in a dry room below 25°C.
2. The increase in temperature and exposure to light will significantly shorten the storage period. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources during storage.
3. Unsaturated polyester resin liquid containing styrene is flammable and should be stored away from open flames.Please refer to the safety data sheet.
