Instructions and precautions
1. 2030 resin does not contain accelerator, and the appropriate amount of accelerator and curing agent must be added according to the operating environment and operational demand.
2. Be sure to control the water content of the material such as glass fiber, filler, pigment paste, etc., pay attention to the compatibility of the pigment paste and the unsaturated polyester resin.
3. The setting of the panel speed should be determined in conjunction with the actual status of equipment conditions and process conditions. When choosing glass, it should be considered to match the refractive property of the resin to ensure light transmittance of the sheet.
Storage conditions
1. The resin should be stored in a dry chamber below 25 ° C before use.
2. The increase in temperature and the light irradiation will significantly reduce the storage period, and the direct sunlight and away from the heat source should be avoided.
