main application
WL-1602 resin is specially used in SMC/BMC production process.Widely used in septic tanks, water tank panels and other fields.1602 has stable thickening performance. After adding low shrinkage and low profile additives such as 3814, it can be made into standard low shrinkage SMC/BMC.

Instructions and precautions for use
WL-1602 is usually used in conjunction with 3814 to produce low shrinkage molding compounds.Under normal circumstances, the ratio of 1602 and 3814 is 70:30, which can also be adjusted according to the actual situation.According to the size requirements of the final product, 300ppm~600ppm p-benzoquinone can be added to the formula (calculated based on the total amount of resin and low-shrinkage additives).
Storage conditions
1. Before use, the resin should be stored in the original packaging (to avoid opening and damaging the barrel) in a dry room below 25°C.
2. The increase in temperature and exposure to light will significantly shorten the storage period. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources during storage.
3. Unsaturated polyester resin liquid containing styrene is flammable and should be stored away from open flames.Please refer to the safety data sheet.
