Product Description
WL-9001CS is a high-performance bisphenol A-type vinyl resin. At the same time, the resin has the advantages of high strength, good heat resistance, and wide applicability. It can withstand most acids, alkalis, salt solutions and some solvents below 90°C. of erosion.
Application
WL-9001CS resin is suitable for hand lay-up, pultrusion, winding and other FRP forming processes, to produce corrosion-resistant integral FRP products of various specifications, and to produce corrosion-resistant FRP protective layers on the surfaces of metal structures and concrete structures.

Instructions and precautions for use
1. Products cured at room temperature must also undergo post-curing treatment in order to achieve optimal physical and chemical properties.Before this, the products need to go through 24 Hours room temperature cure.Post-curing conditions are: 80-100℃×3~6 hours (longer for thick products).Post-cure is especially important for parts intended to be chemically resistant.
2. Factors that affect the gel time during actual use include: ambient temperature, humidity, concentration of initiator and accelerator, fillers and additives. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct a small test according to different construction environments before use to adjust the concentration of initiators and accelerators. Suitable dosage.
3. During construction, please add an appropriate amount of accelerator to the resin according to the formula determined in the pilot test and mix well, then add an appropriate amount of initiator and mix well. It is strictly forbidden to directly contact the initiator and accelerator and add them at the same time.
Storage conditions
1. Before use, the resin should be stored in the original packaging (to avoid opening and damaging the barrel) in a dry room below 25°C.
2. The increase in temperature and exposure to light will significantly shorten the storage period. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources during storage.
3. Unsaturated polyester resin liquid containing styrene is flammable and should be stored away from open flames.Please refer to the safety data sheet.
