Product Description 

WL-8810C is an o-benzene unsaturated polyester resin, which has high viscosity and moderatereactivity, good wettability with filler, good toughness and excellent mechanical strength . 

Application 

WL-8810C resin used in room temperature curing artificial quartz stone plate, has thecharacteristics of light color, high hardness .

Properties

Note: 25℃ gel time: add 2.0g 1% cobalt and 2.0g M50 (AKZO-Nobel) to 100g resin.

Curing conditions: 24 hours at room temperature, 2 hours each at 40°C, 60°C, and 80°C.

Test conditions: temperature 23±2℃,   Relative humidity 50±6%

Instructions and attentions

1.   WL-8810C  The resin does not contain accelerators. When used, appropriate amounts of accelerators and curing agents must be added according to the operating environment and operating requirements.

2.   In order to prevent the natural molding surface of the product in contact with air from becoming sticky after curing, add paraffin-styrene solution appropriately.

3.   In order to make the product have better performance, it can be post-cured at 80℃ for several hours.

 Storage conditions

1.  Before use, the resin should be stored in the original packaging (to avoid opening and damaging the barrel) in a dry room below 25°C.

2.  The increase in temperature and exposure to light will significantly shorten the storage period. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources during storage.

3.  Unsaturated polyester resin liquid containing styrene is flammable and should be stored away from open flames.Please refer to the safety data sheet.
