Product Description
WL-8301C is a modified unsaturated polyester resin. The resin has medium viscosity and medium reactivity, excellent construction performance and mechanical properties.
Application
WL-8301C resin has high solid content and low viscosity, high strength and good wettability. It is mainly suitable for manufacturing high-performance solid surface materials, sanitary ware and other casting products.

Curing conditions: 24 hours at room temperature, 2 hours each at 40°C, 60°C, and 80°C.

Instructions and attentions
1. WL-8301C resin does not contain an accelerator, and an appropriate amount of accelerator and curing agent must be added according to the operating environment and operating requirements.
2. When using, be sure to control the water content of fillers, pigment paste and other materials, and pay attention to the compatibility of pigment paste and unsaturated polyester resin.
Storage conditions
1. Before use, the resin should be stored in the original packaging (to avoid opening and damaging the barrel) in a dry room below 25°C.
2. The increase in temperature and exposure to light will significantly shorten the storage period. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources during storage.
3. Unsaturated polyester resin liquid containing styrene is flammable and should be stored away from open flames.Please refer to the safety data sheet.
