Product Description 

WL-2013C is a general-purpose unsaturated polyester resin with high reactivity, low viscosity and low volatility. At the same time, the resin has the advantages of high strength, good toughness and wide applicability. 

Application 

WL-2013C resin is suitable for hand lay-up, continuous board making and other production processes, mainly used for lighting tiles and machine-made boards

Note: 30℃ gel time: add 2.0g M50 (AKZO-Nobel) to 100g resin.

Curing conditions: 24 hours at room temperature, 40°C, 60°C, and 80°C.

Instructions and attentions 

1. WL-2013C resin contains accelerators. When using it, you must add appropriate amounts of accelerators and curing agents according to the operating environment and operating requirements. 

2. When using it, you must pay attention to controlling the water content of materials such as glass fiber, filler, pigment paste, etc., and pay attention to the compatibility of pigment paste with unsaturatedpolyester resin. 

3. It has high reactivity, and the setting of its board speed should be determined in combination with the actual state of equipment conditions and process conditions. When selecting glass fiber, you should consider matching it with the refractive index of the resin to ensure the light transmittance of the board.

Storage conditions

1.   Before use, the resin should be stored in the original packaging (to avoid opening and damaging the barrel) in a dry room below 25°C.

2.   The increase in temperature and exposure to light will significantly shorten the storage period. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources during storage.

3.   Unsaturated polyester resin liquid containing styrene is flammable and should be stored away from open flames.Please refer to the safety data sheet.
